Available December through March as needed. Our services include:

• Pre treatment of salt to parking lot
• Plowing of parking lot
• Post treatment of salt to parking lot
• Clearing of sidewalks if requested
• Applications of ice melt to sidewalks if needed
• Ice storms usually require two applications to parking lot and sidewalks

We bill per 3" push:

• Push #1 = 1"-3"
• Push #2 = 4"-6"
• Push #3 = 7"-9"
• Push #4 = 10"-12"

If there is no snow then you don't owe.
