Available April through November on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Our services include:

• Mowing & trimming of grass areas
• Edging of sidewalks & curbs
• Vertical trimming of flowerbeds
• Blow driveway & sidewalks of grass clippings

How often does Lawn Authority cut my lawn?

• Townhouse: 7- or 14-day cut cycle
• Single-family house: 7-day cut cycle
• 1+ Acre estates: 7-day cut cycle

What height will my grass be cut at?

• During the growing seasons, your lawn will be cut at 2½ or 3 inches height.
• During a dry season, we will cut 3 or 3½ inches.

Additional charges for bagging of lawn clippings, disposal of lawn clipping bags, first time edging of sidewalks and dog waste clean up.
